Everyone was dismissed from school early that day due to the fact that no learning could take place without Minitel. Thomas knew that he had to help in any way possible to get the network back up and running so instead of leaving school he stayed. Government agencies across the globe were all trying to scramble to fix the issues, however, without the network they were getting nowhere as they had very little information to work with. Thomas, who had once attended this high school where he had first found his passion for computer science, knew of a place where he could find information to help fix the network.
